Reasons Why YHOO+MSFT does not = BFFs

Just read this article, and while I don't really agree with most points here, the author does raise some good and interesting ones.

I can definitely say this though, at the end of the article the author questions and hopes that the Microsoft execs through through the proposed YHOO acquisition, and if it's for the better -- trust me, due-diligence and strategy when it comes to acquisitions is definitely one of Microsoft's strong points. Unlike some companies, the executive team members each are scary smart and they know what they are doing. But thank you anyways for the raising the doubt, my YHOO puts thanks you :P!!
